The Bank of Australia have released a new home loan offer in November, 2020 for homeowners of energy efficient dwellings. Titled the Clean Energy Home Loan, BOA are offering a 0.40% home loan discount for properties that have a 7+ Star Rating via a Residential Efficiency Scorecard certificate.
