Due to the closure of the Scorecard tool, Ephe has transitioned to our Home Energy Assessment tool from June 2026.
Ephe’s Home Energy Assessment is a comprehensive in-home evaluation of your property’s building fabric and fixed appliances, designed to help you better understand your home’s energy performance.
The assessment identifies practical opportunities to reduce household energy costs, improve year-round comfort, and lower greenhouse gas emissions through evidence-based recommendations tailored to your home.
Following the assessment, you will receive a detailed report outlining all findings, including the performance benchmarks of key building elements and appliances, as well as information on local installers and service providers should you choose to undertake upgrades.
Our independent and unbiased approach provides you with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about your home before engaging with sales representatives or committing to improvement works.
